In that case , it is really a troble. You will need to send
"paqlog.cfg" on the directory of keylog to us, we will try to recover the hotkey for you, but it is really difficult.

A: This is because the pre-installed keylog is running in hide-state.
You know, this monitoring tool must have this function. The default hot key of re-show a hide keylog is ctrl+alt+g.
If you do not like to run in hide-state, you can select in "hide" dialog.

1. Expired.
2. Not start the log engine, this can be repaired by click the start button.
3. Wrong engine dll. May need reinstall paq key Log. Be sure to quit key log before reinstall.
Quit and restart then reinstall is better.
4. You can easily remove paq keylog by click start menu->paqtool.
